Male teacher in China cosplays as female characters, gets discovered by his own student

How would you react if you found out not only that your teacher cosplays female characters, but that he’s kind of a cutie too?

Cosplaying is a hobby that is not as widely understood as the more commonly enjoyed interests such as reading, sports or even baking. There are many reasons for cosplayers to want to hide their hobby from those who don’t share the interest, especially if one is a working adult who has to maintain a certain image at work.

But as the Chinese saying goes, you can’t wrap fire with paper; the truth will eventually be exposed despite any efforts of covering it up.

You’d think that cosplaying a character of the opposite gender would give you a little additional cover, but Weibo user Crome Moe—a male teacher from Guangdong, China—apparently got recognized by one of his students even though he was cosplaying a host of gorgeous female characters!

One of the fun aspects of cosplaying is the opportunity to step into another character’s shoes and put on a different identity, even if just for a while.

Despite having his cover seen through and having attracted attention from several Chinese websites, it seems that Crome Moe’s cosplaying adventures have yet to be affected by his sudden internet fame. Check out his Weibo page to see more of his cosplays!
