And we are hoping that Kiss Him, Not Me will become our new rom-com obsession. Shojo magazine Bessatsu Friend announced that an anime adaptation has been greenlit for Junko’s popular manga series!
The series stars Kae Serinuma, a fujoshi who has wild fantasies whenever she sees two guys getting along. Everything changes the day her favorite anime character dies, and the shock of the loss causes her to lose weight because #otakuproblems. Four guys proceed to join her harem, but she wants them to have sweet, yaoi love instead.
Kiss Him, Not Me will be produced by Brain’s Base, directed by Hiroshi Ishiodori (Peach Girl), and have scripts written by Michiko Yokote (Squid Girl).
