From the viewers’ point of view, anyone would qualify as good-looking.
We have an abundant supply of handsome anime/manga characters, meaning they must look like a real bishounen both from our perspective and the from the eyes of the characters of the series from which they were selected.
1. Kuchiki Byakuya – Bleach
It’s one of the strongest from Soul Society, captain of the 6th division and the current head of the Kuchiki Clan – Kuchiki Byakuya. He’s usually cool, and sometimes arrogant, but we don’t mind.
He is one of the most popular Bleach characters and the most popular captain for the female Shinigami of Soul Society after being voted “number 1 captain we desire to release a photo book for” according to a poll by the Shinigami Women’s Association.
2. Azuma Yunoki – La Corda d’Oro
Azuma Yunoki is a talented third year high school student majoring in flute at the Seiso Academy.
He learned the piano first but after showing astounding progress and talent, he was forced to play the flute instead so as not to outshine his elder brothers.
Of course, he is popular with the girls, but only Kahoko knows of his “dark” personality he wouldn’t show to other people. Naturally, this mean side of him makes him more attractive than the other guys.
3. Mabuchi Kou – Ao Haru Ride
Mabuchi Kou was initially gentle and sweet and cute during their middle school years but after his sudden disappearance he became cold, rude and sarcastic, but oh well more manly.
Of course we were really annoyed by how he was treating Futaba then, but I guess you can also consider it one of his charms – a caring, handsome tsundere always gets us!
4. Satsuki Shishio – Hirunaka no Ryuusei
Satsuki Shishio is the most handsome high school teacher, ever. He is a true gentleman, he dresses well and he is so damn good-looking.
5. Kazehaya Shouta – Kimi ni Todoke
Being both good-looking and sociable, Kazehaya Shouta attracts both girls and boys, with him at the center of attention all the time.
Most interesting about Kazehaya is his selfishness, one which he admitted to both Sawako and Ryu, which is only mostly applicable to Sawako as Kazehaya easily gets jealous and wants to keep Sawako for himself.
6. Mashima Taichi – Chihayafuru
This is the smart, talented and of course handsome president of the Mizusawa Karuta Club, Mashima Taichi of Chihayafuru.
Every single soul would come to love Taichi’s good looks, patience, dedication and most importantly his unequaled love and concern for Chihaya.
7. Kuranosuke Koibuchi – Kuragehime/Princess Jellyfish
The good-looking guy from a political family who is interested in beauty and fashion. Kuranosuke Koibuchi is appealing to both men and women whether he cross-dresses or not.
He is usually confident in whatever he does and is the kind of person who doesn’t care what people would think or speak of him.
8. Takumi Usui – Kaichou wa Maid-sama
Takumi Usui is smart, talented and one of the most handsome guys in the Maid-sama universe.
He looks cold and nonchalant but is actually sweet and caring especially when Misaki is concerned.
9. Tamaki Suoh – Ouran High School Host Club
Like almost everybody on this list, Tamaki Suoh’s beauty is on a whole new level. He can be stubborn but only because he always thinks of his friends first before himself.
10. Sata Kyouya – Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji
Sata Kyouya is like the school’s prince because of his looks and everybody thought he was a gentleman, but he is actually the most beautiful jerk on this list.
He is a genuinely a short-tempered sadist who enjoys ordering Erika around, which was quite annoying in the beginning.
11. Miyamura Izumi – Horimiya
Miyamura Izumi is one of the main characters in the manga Hori-san to Miyamura-kun or Horimiya.
He is quite attractive but is not observed by a lot of people as he maintains a low profile in school.
12. Kurosawa Yamato – Sukitte Ii na yo/Say “I Love You”
Kurosawa Yamato is totally handsome and the most popular boy in school. He is a nice and caring guy but he was originally a flirt and a flirt still he was.
13. Jinguji Ren – Uta no Prince-sama
We gotta thank the god of anime for creating a wonderful character in the person of Jinguji Ren from Uta no Prince-sama. He is the epitome of manliness, sexiness and perfection.
Ren is sociable and carefree and is sometimes proud, and the man flirts a lot. Who cares though, his mere existence is already a blessing for us all.
14. Nura Rikuo – Nurarihyon no Mago
Nura Rikuo’s yokai/night form is absolutely one of the most handsome creations in the entire history of manga and anime despite that weird gravity-defying hair of his.
He is charismatic and thus was able to form and unify his own Hyakki Yako in a short period of time. He looks most handsome when he leads his very own tumultous horde.
15. Yue – Cardcaptor Sakura
Yue is the guardian of the Clow Cards and later on, of Sakura Kinomoto. He’s beautiful with his long silver hair tied loosely in a ponytail.
Yue is cold and serious on the outside but is a responsible and caring guardian for Sakura.
16. Rokudo Mukuro – Katekyo Hitman Reborn
Rokudo Mukuro is literally bad and is literally an ass but as the Mist Guardian he is quite unique and irreplaceable in terms of power, strength, and of course attractiveness.
He is different from all the other guardians owing to his dark past, but for us that is what makes him unique and lovable!
17. Soo-Won – Akatsuki no Yona
Soo-Won’s looks, personality and charisma stole not only Yona’s heart but ours as well. And there is just no denying how strong, smart and beautiful Soo-Won is!
18. Sesshomaru – Inuyasha
Sesshomaru is a proud full-fledged demon, and is usually emotionless, cold and indiffirent. He fears no one, not even Naraku, as he is confident in his own power.
He was your typical good-looking villain until he met Rin, and eventually the man became aware of that thing called emotion, though he wouldn’t let anyone know of it.
