There are two kinds of comedy in anime as far as I can recall: Lewd and non-lewd comedy. Japan has produced plenty of manga that are too lewd to be adapted, with some series having extreme violence mixed in for good measure!
Here are some modern ecchi manga that are way too lewd to be turned into anime.

1 Dead Tube
Dead Tube takes place in a world were contestants upload entertaining videos for money. The world is at a state were only extremely violent and crime filled videos will get attention (kind of satirizing modern internet culture).
The “heroine” is Mai Mashiro, and she gets turned out being filmed while killing people. Tomohiro Machiya is her cameraman, and is always enthralled with Mai’s “beauty” while recording.
2 Red Blood Red Legacy
Aka Akatoretachi no Monogatari is an action-ecchi series that follows brothers Itsuki and Hayato as they try to survive in a world dominated by vampires. The series is like a blend of Seraph of the End and Akame ga Kill! Some fans might stay away due to the NTR elements.
3 Blade Play
While searching for porn on the internet, 20-year-old Sudou Kansuke gets sucked into a fantasy world called Munberdia. Sudou learns that he wields the “Sword of Light,” but quickly learns it’s not the type of sword that slays beasts…
4 Change 123
Motoko Gettou has a problem – she has multiple personalities thanks to the martial arts training caused by her three adoptive fathers! Each personality has mastered a certain martial art, but they cause trouble for Motoko due to their violent attitudes. Things get weird as all personality fall in love with the same guy.
5 Dragons Rioting
As a six-year-old, Rintaro Tachibana was diagnosed with Hentai Syndrome, which is a disease that could kill him if sexually aroused. After training ten years in the mountain with his father, Rintaro believes he can control his lewd thoughts, but is put to the test after enrolling in high school.
6 Haru to Natsu
Makoto Kimura meets a shy girl named Haruna Kasahara while helping at the school’s sports festival. He quickly develops feelings and reveals them to her, but the next day at school she rejects him. Even more confusing is that Haruna later calls to ask him out on a date! Instead of an extreme case of tsundere, it turns out that Haruna has an “evil twin” named Natsumi, whom is jealous of Haruna and will do anything to steal Makoto from her.
7 Kono Shima ni wa Midara de Jaaku na Mono ga Sumu
Taro Kajiura and his friends from a university research group go on a trip to Ikishima Island to learn about the origins of Princess Kannon. But, the villagers of the island are holding an annual festival in which outsiders are banned to witness.
8 Minamoto-kun Monogatari
Minamoto was born with a beautiful faces which causes people to think that he is a girl. Girls used to bully him in middle school, which has caused him to fear women, but he is forced to live with his aunt after his father remarries. She happens to be a professor at the university Minamoto attends and decides to use him for a social project.
9 Oretama (My Balls)
The fate of world rests on one man’s balls and his power to resist the sexual advances of a lesser devil. An accident has caused the Queen of Terror to be sealed into Satou Kohta’s balls, and Elyse has 30 days to make him release the queen so reign terror on the world.
10 SS Sisters (Super Sadistic Sisters)
Kenji is an extreme masochist who loves it when his sisters torture him. Lucky for Kenji, they happen to be super sadistic.
